I first tried hypnosis 14 years ago to quit smoking. Yes, I used to smoke, and I'm proud to say I haven't touched a cigarette in over 14 years. It took three sessions with a hypnotherapist, and I never looked back. This experience sparked my interest in hypnotherapy as a tool for self-improvement and spiritual growth.

I am certified in cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy, with advanced training in transpersonal (spiritual) hypnotherapy, past-life regression hypnotherapy, and studied countless other specialties.

I work with clients online/virtually from all over the USA. This allows me to live up in beautiful Big Bear, California, where I spend my days hiking with my dogs Igor and Little Bear, paddle boarding on the lake, playing in the snow and soaking in the tranquility of Mother Nature. If you live in Big Bear, I do house-calls.
